Since 1994 , we have built a reputation as genuine advocates for our clients. We have a deep base of experience in Personal Injury, Automobile Collisions, Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability Claims. Our team of legal professionals — located in offices in Wilkesboro and Winston Salem—is dedicated to helping our clients through every step of the process.

It’s no coincidence that I founded my law practice in the Northwestern Piedmont. I am a native of Wilkes County and I love this area of North Carolina. It is my home and my community and I’m proud to be able to work and raise my family here.

Growing up, I attended West Wilkes High School. I spent much of my childhood working on farms and in factories and construction sites to pay my way through college and law school. I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Wake Forest University in 1990, with a double major in political science and economics. I then attended Campbell University, where I received my law degree from the Norman A. Wiggins School of Law in 1994.

I started my practice in 1994 in Wilkesboro, and opened a second office in Winston-Salem in 1998. Today my wife, Michelle, and I live in Lewisville with our wonderful children Logan, age 11, and Lilly, age 6.

Community involvement has always been important to our family and we support a number of initiatives that are close to our hearts. Our family has been actively involved in the founding and outreach of Walk-On Animal Therapy, ICE (Intractable Childhood Epilepsy), a Stay in School TV Campaign, and DigIt Community Garden program.  We also do our best to help support the Second Harvest Food Bank, YMCA of Northwest North Carolina, Make-A-Wish, WFDD, West Side Civic Center, the Winston-Salem Youth Choir and ASU.
